Alison Hill has worked at Universal Music since leaving University at 22. Commercial Strategy is where she landed (and remains) but she is now managing an emerging artist alongside her role as Global Director for the group.
Having lived and breathed music for her entire career, she understands only too well how damaging this industry can be for one’s mental health and confidence. Irregular working hours, endless pressure, sleepless nights, travelling, lack of routine, etc.
Her objective is to help others in the same way that she would have wanted when she was going through a difficult time. She has a genuine empathy for people and works tirelessly with her clients to make a difference to their personal happiness.
Alison is trained in a range of frameworks and techniques (Person Centred Therapy, CBT and Psychodynamic to name a few). Areas of particular expertise/interest: anxiety/stress management, substance abuse, addiction, depression, sleeping issues, sexual dysfunction, relationship and self esteem issues.
