Cristalle Hayes PG Dig, Adv. Dip UKCP reg, MBACP, is an existential psychotherapist, supervisor and workshop facilitator with extensive experience working in private practice, NHS, charities and academic institutions.
After many years working in the music industry, primarily in studios and publishing, Cristalle worked as a religious studies and philosophy teacher before retraining in psychotherapy at Regent’s University. Cristalle has several areas of expertise, including: the complex issues facing music industry workers, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, suicidal ideation, grief, self harm, eating disorders and the impact of psychological, emotional, physical and sexual abuse and trauma. Her clients come from all ages, backgrounds and ethnicities.
