Located in Paris, France, Rose Romain is a creative and playful, trauma informed, professional and certified recovery coach, and ‘SHE Recovers’ designated coach, with a range of experience in supporting clients with substance misuse, debt, under-earning, borderline personality disorder, anxiety and depression.
Rose’s intuitive, engaged and dynamic approach (having transformed in her own trauma recovery) informs her work as she guides and mentors clients through the complex arena of mental health and substance misuse with integrity and compassion.
With 20 years experience working internationally as a professional actor, movement and voice artist, and also having worked at Fabric, and with Big Beat Boutique and Mean Fiddler as an artist liaison, Rose found herself unintentionally mentoring fellow performers who were struggling on the road.
Rose chose to pivot onto a new path as she took her last bow to a sold-out opera house in ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’, and has since been redirecting her dynamism and creative tools to aid her mentoring, guiding and supporting others professionally. Rose has a reputation for being known as the ‘Self-Care Squirrelfriend’, for her ingenious and budget-friendly tools for self care.
She has also started a podcast called ‘Bluddy Hell’, a platform for uterus owners to discuss their joy, struggles and secrets for not only surviving their cycle but embracing it….looking into and uncovering the links with mental health, body positivity and the global menstrual equality movement 🖤
