Tiff Hudson
Tiff Hudson’s career began in the music industry in 2004 as a local stagehand in London, UK. Over the subsequent years she gained experience working in various backstage job roles including as a lighting engineer, tour manager and touring band assistant.
Studying at Regent’s University London, she obtained her Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and became a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working with both short and long-term clients. In addition to running her London based private practice, Tiff has worked closely with people in recovery at an NHS Drug & Alcohol treatment centre.
Tiff continues to work within the industry alongside her therapy work, and is a passionate mental health advocate for all music industry professionals from touring crew to performers. Her personal lived experience of life on the road offers valuable insight when supporting clients with their relationships and when navigating the challenging transitions between their touring and home worlds.
