Whitney is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with clinical experience in private practice working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children. She facilitates two weekly group therapy sessions with men who have expressed aggressive behaviour in the workplace or at home and have a desire to process their anger and learn more productive conflict- resolution skills. Whitney also works with women who have experienced domestic violence or other forms of violence and trauma to help process and heal while also gaining greater self-awareness and coping skills. She has extensive experience helping clients suffering from anxiety and depression to build greater resilience.
Prior to retraining as a therapist, Whitney spent several years as Marketing Director first at Warner Bros. Records and then at Machine Shop Recordings. She became Chief Operating Officer at non-profit organisation Music for Relief, where she spent ten years driving the partnerships, fundraising and communications.
